Mieczyslaw Kolodynski 1920-1997
Born 25th September , Sarny. Poland. Mother Paulina. Father Jozeph
Fought with the 1st Polish Survey Regiment during the 1939 campaign. Pte 30056744
After escaping from occupied Poland, served with General Anders in the Eighth (8th) Army,
in Tunisia and at Monte Casino, Italy.
He came to Anglesey England in 1948 moving to Coventry CityDept.
Shortly afterwards he met and eventually married a Dubliner Girl Elizbeth McAuley
Died September 11th 1997 leaving wife and 4 children, Anton, Colin, Michael and Grace Marion and £ grandchildren David, Philip and Victoria
